Access e.V. is a non-profit, independent research institute based in Aachen,
founded in 1986 as a spin-off from RWTH Aachen University.
The institute has an excellent reputation as a center for materials research and
innovative manufacturing processes, especially in the field of metallic materials.
In their modern TechCenter, access e.V. develops and qualifies casting manufacturing
processes and materials for a wide range of industrial applications. A central focus of
the work at access e.V. is digital technologies. These are developed as independent
simulation tools and can be integrated into virtual process chains.
The wide range of topics and methods allows for the quick and efficient implementation
of specific customer requirements and the ability to tackle even large challenges
together.
